Balance of Power - great prog/power metal recommended by Bruce Dickenson - http://www.balance-of-power.com/

Devinefire - heavy almost black metal but with excellent  power metal vocals. - http://www.divinefire.net/home.htm

Rob Rock - heavy metal with Roy Z on guitar (also plays guitar on the new priest album).

Eterna - Rhapsody/Seventh Avenue type metal
