Now I have to go through this section and delete out like five thousand spam posts, and then prune out all the fake users.  But at least we won't be getting any new ones with the new SMF system installed.

Hey man,

wish there was some sort of post selection tool, like a check box or something, then it would be easier to delete all of them.

BTW, wasn't there any option for deleting individual posts when you were deleting spam accounts, like when deleting a user delete his/her posts, this would ease cleaning it up.

Yes, but the problem is, that option is only available when you delete one account at a time.  Heheh.

So.... why not move out the few topics you want to save to say, Metalpedia, delete the whole Off Topic Chat forum, recreate it, and move back the topics that go there?

That's how I'd do it, anyway.
