Shortly after the station went up, I asked Nightwish for one, they said they would but never got back to me. And I was SO psyched up about it.
Ah well, hopefully you'll have better luck, heh.
And really, 2 hours might be better for AotW... think about this, what if its an album that you personally don't really care for - how often do you want to be stuck listening to it?
Not to mention that - well, with the current AotW as an example - After Forever has 4 other good albums (AND an EP!) to check out, and it gets annoying when you keep requesting only to see 'this artist was recently played' or 'already in queue', heh.

Oh man that sucks. *knocks on wood* Hopefully these will follow through.
And about the "AOTW", i guess i can see your point. But then, say the album has 12 tracks. It would only be played all the way through once a day. Is this enough? That's only seven times a week. And say i get to tune in four of those days for four hours each time. I will only hear 8 tracks from the album. I don't know? Anybody else care to chime in?

WOW, cool man, can't wait to see who is going to make a sweeper for us
I should pick up a microphone for my comp. tomorrow, perhaps I can get a Domine AotW sweeper down. If it works, maybe I'll attempt one for the station.. wish I still had that great audio editing program from three computers ago...

I am also gonna pick up a mic (hopefully tomorrow). I downloaded the program you suggested. I will look forward to trying it out.

I forgot which thread I saw it in, but somebody said that Audacity only outputs only to WAV files. This is semi true, but on the download page you can also grab the LAME encoder, which Audacity seamlessly plugs in to and allows you to output to MP3.
