Just requested "Bloodstained Ground", too much growls and didn't like it. Perhaps some songs are ok, but this one is definitely irritating... on this song the music is also close to death metal , with some folk at the end. So, death music + death vocal
In Haggard and other growling bands that are on ERR, at least the music is good.
Should have read the forums first and req' "Inis Mona" or "Thousandfold"...

I like bands like Haggard, Sirenia, and Tristania but I have never been a fan of Eluveitie. I just can't get over the vocals and even I listen to this crap once in a while
So I won't be requesting them.

Man, I feel for you, bloodstained ground is easily the most growly, and heavy track on that album. Bad introduction, if its the first song you heard from those guys. I personally enjoy the flute work on it, tbh. Next time...give tracks like Elembivos, or Inis Mona, or Calling the Rain a shot, those are my personal favorites...also consider checking into Evocation I – The Arcane Dominion, its strongly celtic, and little to no growls =)

Despite the bad rep to start it seem Eluveitie is getting played regularly.
