Shoutbox password

Hi there I need your help, please!
Don't know where to post this, so I try it here:

For some reason I forgot the password for the shoutbox and can't log in anymore. Is there any way to re-register or to get back the password? My nick there is also moonchild.

Unfortunately we don't have a way of changing or recovering lost passwords.  I could go in to the database and see if I an change your name to something else, which would then allow you to create a new account with your old name and password - Would you be satisfied with that?

But you would have an inactive "account" in your database then. Wouldn't it be better to just erase the "moonchild"-account, if possible? And I create a new account? (Just an unqualified idea though).

In any case, just let me know if and when I could create a new account with my old name - or, if nothing can be done, that I should create a new account with a new name.
I will be very careful not to forget my new password in the future!
