I never heard of them before, nor could i find anything but a few covers of a guy for them on youtube, so id be more than happy to give them a hear on the station or if anyone could provide me with a link for their songs and give them a try.

Hell no. Then my sweeper wouldn't make any sense. Also, they're terrible.

The Glorious Janitors are, I think, no longer together at all, and haven't been for a while. It's possible that I am mistaken, but I haven't found anything new about them for years and years. Although the Glorious Janitors have been the butt of jokes here at ERR, they also hold a special place of honor as the first unsigned band that ever contacted us to have their music played on the air. Moreover, they were the first band to do a sweeper for us, and if you look back five or six years on the forum, you'll see that they brought us a lot of listeners.

That said, there's a reason that they aren't still together - Their music kind of sucks, except for Betrayal on the Spanish Main, and that's more of a novelty tune than anything else, and it gets old pretty quickly. :-) (Still, it was kind of the unofficial ERR theme song for a while)

Right now it's 4 yes and 2 no.... Anyone else have an opinion?

I say you throw them back in the mix for about a week. Once a year let there be a Glorious Janitors Week. Where the GJ ban from the station will be lifted temporarily for enjoyment (or torture). Thus, the folks who have been around ERR for a while can remember back to when GJ were #1 requested band......and the new folks can wonder how that was possible. Grin

I'm not opposed to having them on the station, but hearing BoSM day after day after day.. gets old really fast. So the one week a year, or one day a month idea may be good. BoSM is kinda fun to listen to, once in a while.

Howerver, I dislike the "100%" fee sweeper. seem disrespectful to them.
