Oratory - Beyond Earth

I picked this up on a whim after taking a liking to the song Living Wisdom.  If you like that sound, powerchord guitar rock with a strong female singer, you'll like the whole album.  Listen to any of the tracks here on Epic Rock Radio, you've got an idea of the whole album.  They don't have a lot of variation, they don't change tempo during songs - most of the CD sounds like the same song.  If you like Oratory's sound, that's a good thing; however, if you are into more complex bands like Wuthering Heights or Thy Majestie, you might find Oratory a little boring.

I read of this band while looking for other Gamma Ray influenced bands. I could only get a few minute-long mp3s from the Limb Music Publishing site. I loved the samples, but have never heard a single full song.

Let's hope I get to hear them here in ERR!

You'll hear Oratory at least once within any two-hour block or so on ERR.  They're not too bad.  I agree with Creed's assesment entirely.
