First of all: V - Never, NEVER think you´re a failure! You are doing a FANTASTIC job with the station!
Second: We should all thank Kai for all the money he puts into this "hobby" of his!
Third: Without V, this station wouldn´t be as great as it is!

In my opinion, there are a few bands I don´t understand how they fit in. But if they hadn´t been uploaded to ERR, I would never have heard of them.
I´m not a fan of bands like Haggard, Epica, Tarja Turunen etc with all the growling, but I try not to bother, because I know some people who do like it...
I have come to know many new bands in my favorite genres, POWER, PROGRESSIVE and SYMPHONIC metal, and like ERR to focus on that, but still find NEW material that never would be played on a regular radiostation.

The only thing I don´t want to happen, is Epic Rock Radio to become a "mainstream" station. There are to many stations which play Metallica, Guns´n´Roses, Alter Bridge, In Flames and all other crapmetal on a regular basis which doesn´t fit in to EPIC...

I think it´s a privilege to be able to listen to all this music FOR FREE because people so generously donates to the library. I have (like some of you know) been around other stations on L365 and so far, ERR is the only station without commercials.
Keep up the fantastic work with ERR and let us continue to LISTEN TO MUSIC THAT DOESN`T SUCK!

*knock* *knock*
Is it me now? Oh, ok!

Hi everyone!
Metalswede here, Or Roger Stokki as my birthname is...

Im glad to have gotten to know so many fantasic people through this amazing station!

Who am I...
Well, I was born 33 years ago and was raised in Nynäshamn, 45 minutes drive from Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
I learned how to read when I was only 4, loved it and haven´t stopped since. My favorite genres are fantasy and thrillers and the favorite authors are David Eddings, Tom Clancy and Dean Koontz.
I was bullyed at school from first grade all the way up to the sixth grade. In seventh grade we all went to a different school and the bullying more or less stopped.
Could be because I found new friends with similar interests. Books, music and sports.
I teamed up with the guys (and gals) that was listening to the same music I had listened to my entire childhood - Iron Maiden, Helloween, Mötley Crüe and Kiss.

I had been playing the guitar for some years and was asked to join the school rockband, but as the bassplayer, so I did.
At the same time, I was pretty good at sports. I played soccer, volleyball and icehockey. If i had an hour to spare i did som high-jump, just for fun. (I recently found out i was in the top 5 in entire Sweden at the age 15...)
My daytime job is for Coca-Cola Sweden as a merchandiser. At night i do what i can to make TWINS CREW conquer the world.

what else...
Oh, thats right... I´M writing a book. All time spent with ERR have had me inspired to start writing an epic fantasy book. Its a longtime project and I hope I´m done in about 3 years from now. I hope you dont mind me using some names similar to yours in the books  Grin

Well, thats a little something about me!
Thanks for being my friends!

Hello and thanks for a GREAT station!
I just found it and its now the only station I´ll ever need!

I represent a new metalact from Sweden called Twins Crew. They have 2 EP-cds out (selfproduced) and will hit the studio this winter for their first full-length album, also selfproduced. They are not signed to any recordlabel at the moment.

Twins Crew would be very glad if you would add their latest EP "TWIN DEMON" to the playlist. The EP contains 5 tracks and have reached really good rewiews from all over the world.

Please visit the home of Twins Crew at or listen to the EP at
You can also watch some videos on youtube.

Thank you for your time and once again, thanks for an awesome radiostation!

Best regards
//Roger Stokki
