Same as Judgementflame! Today Kamelot posted an image of ERR cause they were on the top bands of june. When I saw that  almost every band on that list are among my favourites i decided to spend the rest of the day on the radio XD

Was introduced to Progressive/Power metal through a good buddy's roommate (who quickly became my best buddy/roommate). I loved hearing Dream Theater, Savatage, Hammerfall, Stratovarius, Kamelot, Helloween and more. Found a few more bands on my own from there, but was introduced to ERR by my coworker and now brother in metal, Nix, back in 2008. I had to move out of state, but we kept in touch throughout the workday by hanging out on the ERR chat main page.
I found new and glorious bands like Seventh Wonder, Dream Evil, Angra, Edguy/Avantasia (my favorite!!!!!  Grin ), Van Canto, Sabaton, and Glorious Janitors (jk LOL)

I made new friends through ~V~, Oseriduun, Mir, LadyWoreBlack and more! I'm back, but because of new work responsibilities haven't been able to take part too much on the main chat page during work hours.

Haven't found many new metalheads around locally, but am slowly introducing my son who has had good reactions to GloryHammer and Alestorm recently.

Rock on Sisters and Brothers in metal!
