I couldn't think of 10 pairs of siblings in epic metal, so this is only a top 6. Feel free to complete my list, reorder it, or compile your own!

6] Kevin and Keith BYRD - Guitarist Kevin and drummer Keith are a large part of what give Seven Kingdoms their heavy sound. Here they are playing "Seven Kingdoms" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwrKh7WIC3M

5] Dennis and David JANGLÖV - The twin guitarists of Twins Crew are both equally adept as shredders. Here they are ripping it up on a cover of Iron Maiden's "Fear of the Dark" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4AGY2pk25cE

4] Mathias and Helene BLAD - When Falconer needs a woman's voice, where better to go than to keep it in the family? Their singer Mathias has a sister who sings nearly as beautifully as he does. Here they are singing "Herr Peder och hans Syster" which tells a story about a brother and sister, of course: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HziRma3NPW8

3] Jens and Anders JOHANSSON - Both veteran musicians, keyboardist Jens and drummer Anders have been playing together and
apart in countless acts for decades. Here they are together on Yngwie Malmsteen's "Anguish and Fear" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7t9P88Ud9UQ

2] Tarja and Toni (Tony) TURUNEN - She used to sing for Nightwish, and is a few albums into a successful solo career. He joined the power metal band Celesty last year, and his debut album with them is due out soon. Here they are together singing Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Phantom of the Opera" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxvHMVvbpkY

1] Floor and Irene JANSEN - undoubtedly the more famous of the two, Floor is known as the voice of After Forever and ReVamp, but her little sister Irene has put in some great performances with Ayreon and with Gary Hughes, and the two of them have appeared together in Star One. Here they are singing Ayreon's "Valley of the Queens" together at the Star One "Live on Earth" concert: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9-YHK9nAq4

Couple ones i thought of right away:

Mats and Truls HAUGEN - Guitarist and Drummer for Circus Maximus. Truls has also done some drumming for one of my favorite bands Beyond Twilight.

Jon and Criss OLIVA -  Founders of Savatage. Criss played guitars until his early exit from the world a little after recording "Edge of Thorns". While Jon Oliva was the lead singer until the album "Streets". Jon now has his own thing going with Jon Oliva Pain and being a writing contributor for the Trans Sibererian Orchestra.

Jasun and Troy Tipton-Founders, as well as Guitarist and Bassist for bands Zero Hour, Death Machine and newly hyped Cynthesis. These identical twins have an identical amount of Epicness! The guys just know how to jam the good proggy stuff i like.  Smiley

I forgot the REYES brothers, Patrick and Steve. They've only made two albums, one with Dali's Dilemma, and the other a rock opera entitled Leonardo- The Absolute Man, but guitarist Patrick and bassist Steve have made some brilliant progressive metal together. Here they are performing "Miracles in Yesteryear" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80DcS2zHfM8

I guess if I had to stick them on the list, they'd go between the Janglövs and the Blads, but don't hold me to that.

Since not many women unfortunately are on this list, I gotta throw out a couple (off the top of my head):
Liv Kristine of Leave's Eyes and her sister Carmen of Midnattsol, and.....perhaps not epic exactly, the Wilson sisters, Ann and Nancy of Heart (their older material is some good rocking stuff).  Grin

Like the Johanssons, guitarist Ron and drummer Bobby JARZOMBEK are two virtuoso musicians who've been kicking around the power and progressive-metal scene in numerous bands for decades, including Fates Warning, Watchtower, Spastic Ink, Blotted Science, Halford, Gordian Knot, Demons & Wizards, Rob Rock, and others. Here they are together performing Spastic Ink's "A Wild Hare" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhP4lg28fs0
