i can also play guitar, played for about 4 years now and i too dont practice my scales, altough i can do them i just have to remember them  Tongue my guitar can play on E and Drop D and ive written one song with a friend of mine (also an incredible guitar player, he can probably play with us as well, he also plays bass) and double bass isnt always necessary and we need to do weekly calls on skype so that we can actually progress with this idea, my username is ido_sar-el

I have my new guitar, tuned in E, and my old guitar, I gonna tune down to B (once I have new guitar strings)

so at least, we still need bass and keyboards...

also, I think if I just write some guitar parts, maybe others can experiment with it to make a real song of it.

also, sorry about the 4shared link, didnt know 4shared doesn't work good when it comes to sharing files...

I like this idea. Its Ayreon on a smaller budget. I'm efficient at playing the Triangle like a metal head plays the guitar.

Yes, those drums are made of cheese.

I play guitar (6- or 7-string, and I'm fairly flexible with how it's tuned), can get my hands on a 4-string bass for recording if I need to, play drums pretty well (INCLUDING double-bass) but unfortunately I don't have a set of mics to record those. I guess these days, composing is my main thing, and most of that isn't metal. If you need a last-ditch bassist, or want someone to program some orchestral stuff over parts of songs (especially strings and organs; I have great sounds for those - my wind patches are okay, and brass and choirs ... eh.), I can be either or both of those guys.

I thought it'd be time to get back at this Tongue

I am trying to find something good for file sharing, so that if I can post some riffs and stuff, maybe someone can make something better out of it Tongue

I know a fun song we might be able to cover, though it wouldnt be real metal, more in the way of folk metal, but for the sake of game classics Tongue

its a very funny song...

I can try to make tabs for guitar and drums and such, then we could try to record it and mix it (if we may) Tongue
